Legal Counsel - Commercial Contracting

Commercial Contracting
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements; Identify key contractual risks, propose practical mitigation strategies, and help balance legal requirements with business objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales and other business teams throughout the deal lifecycle; Support negotiations with customers, and help the business achieve commercially sound outcomes while appropriately managing legal risks.

Regulatory, Legal & Risk Management
- Advise the business on legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the company's products, services, commercial activities, and the industries in which it operates.
- Translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into clear, practical, and actionable guidance for business teams.
- Proactively identify potential legal, regulatory, contractual, and business risks and work with relevant stakeholders to assess, prioritize, and mitigate those risks.
- Manage outside counsel on specialized legal matters, including coordinating scope, budgets, deliverables, and overall matter management.
