Multinational in the chemical segment in a major expansion phase.

Responsible for the development activities for the design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, delivery and support of the Applications Team for high-impact projects meeting business requirements, budget and successful deployment;
Coordinates activities with other managers as required to support efforts of mutual interest;
Mentor the application team in their development following standards and perform code reviews;
Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced changing environment and priorities;
Take ownership of projects and associated tasks and drive them to completion;
Guides and coaches the team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality artifacts, products and services;
Coordinates and manages the implementation plan;
Guides business expectations through implementation processes and best practices;
Facilitator and liaison between project team and development teams;
Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively;
Manages change control process and published release notes;
Accurately prepares professionally written business correspondence including weekly status reports. Prepares Statements of Work.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field from an accredited university;
5 - 7 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience;
Knowledge of an agile framework, understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices;
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques;
Capable of planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams;
Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques;
Fluent in English.
