- Manage and lead the team, planning marketing and communication activities, aiming at the dissemination and image of the company and its products, identifying new areas of activity and market segments and providing favorable conditions for the full development of the work.
- Develop and propose the Annual Marketing and Communication Planning, in line with the Company's Strategic Planning, analyzing and interpreting market trends and the positioning of the competition.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' behavior, aiming to identify ways to better serve the customer and outperform the competition, presenting suggestions to achieve this goal.
- Plan and supervise the work that involves internal and external visual communication of the stores, such as Signage boards, Photographic Panels, etc., in order to obtain the best possible return in terms of dissemination and fixation of the company's image, and prepare façade projects for the stores, aiming at lower cost and higher quality.
Formal education: Complete higher education, preferably in Social Communication with an emphasis on PR or a related field, plus postgraduate studies or MBA.
Experience in related activities
Specific knowledge: MS Office, advanced excel, Adobe; Corel Draw; Google Ads; Video edition; web language; image treatment; advertisement for digital; OFF media / print media and graphic processes, product management, commercial management, Performance Indicators; Ethics at work; team management, advanced/ fluent English.
