Legal Counsel (Corporate, Compliance and Contracts) Fluent EN

Corporate:

• Spearhead all Corporate Legal (namely "Societário") matters, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislations and regulatory requirements and complying with all internal procedures;
• Conduct analysis and provide legal opinions on corporate and commercial aspects, as well as managing relationships with and assuring performance of external lawyers, auditors, consultants and other professionals service providers;
• Manage and lead the company's day-to-day corporate and commercial demands, including drafting corporate documents and commercial contracts;
• Manage and control company's data and documents, liaison with parent company including the legal team and other internal representatives, management of corporate routines, governance and internal execution procedure;
• Reporting directly to a key position within the company, with a dotted line reporting to the legal team of the parent company.

Compliance:

• Monitor compliance policies, standards and operational procedures;
• Monitor and complying with regulatory obligations including updates from time to time (e.g. BACEN, CVM and Anbima);
• Draft of internal policies and operational procedures.

Contracts:

• Draft, review and negotiate corporate documents and commercial contracts of various types and complexities;
• Work in the corporate and commercial legal area, ensuring prompt and quality service, providing legal and regulatory advice of preventive nature, assessing legal and regulatory risks and recommending solutions suitable for our business needs.
