  • Oversee the management and growth of client relationships within the financial services sector in São Paulo, Brazil;
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives;
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement business strategies;
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial services industry and market trends;
  • Ensure all operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements;
  • Provide leadership and support to the team;
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences in São Paulo, Brazil.


Perfil desejável

A successful BDM should have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in sales within the financial services sector and experience with FX;
  • Excellent knowledge of the financial services industry and market trends;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to represent the company at industry events.
