Establish and continuously evolve the brand's social media strategy in Brazil;
Grow the following and increase fan engagement on the leading social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram;
Oversee the delivery of an annual calendar of engaging social media content from day-to-day posting, through to major organic & paid campaigns;
Work cross-functionally with peers in Marketing, PR, & Partnerships to create and deploy ground-breaking and compelling integrated campaigns;
Shared responsibility with PR to oversee blogger & influencer relations - building an active brand ambassador network;
Work with key agency partners to get the best from them, make them feel part of the team and hold them to the same high expectations you have of your colleagues;
Oversee the monitoring and reporting on performance of the brand's social activities.
Previous experience managing social media for a: sport, digital, mobile, media, entertainment, lifestyle, or FMCG brand
Excellent sports knowledge, news sense and editorial planning, with strong creative content writing skills;
Sound understanding of the audience building, targeting, and analytics functionality of the leading social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.);
Experience in effectively managing agencies, suppliers, commercial partners and professional services.
7+ years social/PR/marketing experience;
Experience working in an international environment / global organisation;
Experience launching new and innovative digital products & services;
Strong working relationships with the leading social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.).
