Globally, it is renowned for manufacturing high-quality photovoltaic equipment and providing comprehensive energy solutions, from large-scale utility projects to distributed generation systems.DescriçãoBe a trusted advisor to the senior management in the South America region (the "Region") and more broadly within the Company;Manage and provide legal advice on a wide variety of legal matters in the Region, including corporate, labor and employment, trade, contracts, intellectual property, compliance and litigation;Manage corporate setup, housekeeping and governance for entities in the Region;Lead a small legal team responsible for drafting and negotiating module sales agreements, equipment supply agreements, contractor agreements, services agreements, product warranties, parent guarantees, distribution contracts and various other contracts;In conjunction with Compliance Department, ensure compliance with anti-corruption, export control, tax, customs and company ESG compliance policies and initiatives in the Region;Actively lead transactions, including drafting and negotiating equipment supply (solar modules, inverters and commercial and residential batteries) and other agreements for the Region;Develop and maintain a library of contract forms for the Region;Coordinate and supervise outside counsel with a view to balancing legal costs with business goals;Managing administrative, judicial, and arbitration proceedings, especially those involving contractual disputes or environmental issues.Perfil desejávelAt least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years managing a legal team and overseeing functions in one or more South American countries;Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Brazil;Proven experience in negotiations with diverse stakeholders, including large clients, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and investors;Hands-on experience with cross-border equipment supply, energy or infrastructure projects, and/or structured financing;Understanding the impact of public policies on the renewable energy market in the region is highly preferred.O que está sendo ofertadoPosition: CLT;Fixed Compensation;Variable Compensation;Benefits;Hybrid Work Model.ContatoGabriel BardiReferência da VagaJN-012025-6639608Resumo da vagaSetorJurídico / LegalSubsetorDiretor Jurídico/General CounselIndústriaEnergy & Natural ResourcesLocalizaçãoSão PauloTipo de contrataçãoPermanenteNome do consultorGabriel BardiReferência da vagaJN-012025-6639608
