  • Direct and control finance staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and developed to meet the company's objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
  • Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out effectively.
  • Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company's long-term strategy.
  • Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes.


Perfil desejável

A successful Head of Finance should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the business services sector.
  • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
