We are seeking a Head of Finance (Senior Finance Manager) to lead the finance function for a Brazil-based operation within a global matrix organization. The role ensures governance, financial integrity, and compliance while acting as a strategic bridge between local stakeholders and teams in Asia. The team consists of 3 coordinators and 9 analysts.

A multinational operating in a matrix structure with direct reporting to teams in China/Hong Kong. The local organization has strong influence from senior local leadership and requires reinforcement of finance credibility and partnership with global stakeholders.

Descrição

  • Lead the local finance function, ensuring integrity of processes, robust controls and full compliance.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with global teams (China/Hong Kong), adapting to the pace and working style of Asian stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic partner to HR and local senior leadership on organizational and financial decisions.
  • Manage and develop a team of coordinators and analysts across Credit & Collections, FP&A, Budget & Forecast, and Financial Controls.
  • Support regional direction and, where defined globally, contribute to topics related to other country operations.
  • Navigate internal politics between local and global stakeholders to establish credibility and enable change.
  • Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, governance and budgetary discipline.

Perfil desejável

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven senior experience as a Finance Manager / Head of Finance in multinational, matrixed environments.
  • Fluent English (daily interaction with Asia-required).
  • Strong expertise in FP&A, Budgeting & Forecasting, Credit & Collections, financial controls and compliance.
