Salvar Vaga Voltar à pesquisa Descrição Resumo Empregos Similares Atualizada 11/11/2025Experience in multinational manufacturing companies.Fluent in English and active CRC.Sobre nosso clienteMultinational manufacturing company with offices in the West Zone of São Paulo.DescriçãoLeadership & Team Development- Lead and develop a team of Financial Accounting, Reporting, Cash Management & Tax professionals. - Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture with a focus on accountability, integrity, and professional growth. - Ensure effective coordination across accounting, reporting, tax compliance, and audit functions.Financial Accounting, Reporting & Compliance- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of statutory and IFRS financial statements, group reporting packages, and local management accounts. - Maintain robust internal control frameworks and ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. - Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.Tax Management- Oversee all tax compliance matters, including corporate income tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing, and other statutory obligations. - Coordinate with external tax advisors and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and international standards. - Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.Audit & Regulatory Liaison- Manage external audits, ensuring efficient and transparent processes. - Act as primary liaison for external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies. - Ensure readiness and compliance for all statutory and group reporting deadlines.Cash Flow & Working Capital- Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity in close coordination with relevant corporate functions. - Implement sound financial risk management measures to protect the business.Risk & Control- Strengthen risk management processes and ensure transparency on key exposures (currency, tax, operational). - Ensure ongoing improvement of accounting systems, controls, and reporting processes.Perfil desejávelEducation- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
