Financial Advisor - exclusive for native Japanese citizens

- Key responsibilities
* Advise the C-level on financial, economic and strategic priorities
* Analyse consolidated financial statements, identifying risks, trends and performance opportunities
* Support investment decisions, including M&A, valuations and restructuring initiatives
* Strengthen corporate governance, internal controls and risk management practices
* Work closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders- What we're looking for
* Experience in corporate finance, M&A or strategic advisory
* Solid expertise in valuation, financial modelling and DCF analysis
* Understanding of governance and financial performance management
* Advanced English with the ability to communicate at executive level
* High autonomy, discretion and a strategic, consultative mindset
