Laboratory MAINLY (Power Curve verification activities, noise, flicker)
Electrical Studies Area of Integration in the Electricity Grid and Power Quality.
Photovoltaic Solar Area (TDD, resource studies, solarimetric campaigns/stations.
Area Eolica (TDD, resource studies and certifications, anemometric stations, Life Extension studies)
Engineering department (TDD, conceptual, basic and proprietary engineering for UFV and EOL, LAT and SE).

Description:- Management and coordination of Power Curve verification activities, including activities both at own facilities (system pre-configuration) and at customer facilities (final installation). Monitoring activities, support and resolution of technical problems.- Analysis of existing procedures and processes and development, implementation and monitoring of projects and improvement according to defined methodologies and at all levels of the activity chain.- Development of new methodologies for measurement and control instrumentation: analysis of technological solutions, development of internal systems and the corresponding procedures and processes, both from a technical and process point of view.- Knowledge generation and transfer of this to the local technical team members.- Close collaboration with other internal departments.- Dialogue and management of activities with external customers and/or subcontracted companies.- Coordination and leadership of the activities described with the teams in another headquarters of the group at an international level.

Languages: Full English and/or Spanish proficiency
Minimum of 5 years of experience: In Wind Energy and/or Solar PV
Availability to travel

Experience:- Proven experience in process/production management and work teams.

- Proven experience in the implementation of Continuous Improvement Projects (6 sigma, Lean, 8D methodologies).

- Extensive knowledge of measurement systems and control instrumentation, industrial maintenance.

- Analytical person with problem solving skills and commitment to the company's quality standards. Decision making ability.

- Ability to promote teamwork, as well as the determination to pursue the professional development of team members through their training and knowledge transfer.

- Ability to communicate in international environments.

- National and international trips to the different facilities where the company develops its activities to monitor and monitor the evolution of the processes and procedures implemented.
