Sales of industrial equipment for the production of wafer, biscuits and mixing systems;
Regular contact to all existing customers in the region, as well as research of the market for new potential customers in all market segments.
Identify sales potentials, elaborate quotations and sales price calculations, manage the communication to the customers, lead the negotiations, elaborate sales documents (Purchase Orders, technical specifications, contracts) and hand over sold projects to technical department
Management of local sales agents, including travel plans, customer visits, conduction of sales negotiation, calculation of sales commissions, provide necessary updates of sales material and information.
Research, maintain and provide relevant information about the development of the market, price levels, competitors, customers and product innovations. Provide the relevant information to the sales manager for the annual budget. (employee will maintain all data in CRM software provided)
Follow up the complete project lifecycle, from prospecting the customer, quotation phase, sales, delivery, installation of equipment on customers site, start up until service and after sales. Area Sales Manager is always the main contact to the customer.
Solid experience in sales or technical sales support of industrial equipment for the Food Industry (Biscuit production)
Higher degree education in engineering or business administration
Fluent in English is mandatory
Availability for regular trips in Brazil and other coutries
