Sobre nosso cliente

Our client is expanding its Business development function to meet the growing requirement to support the app store partner global expansion plans. The successful candidate will act as the regional lead for all the client activity in Brazil, forging deep and trusted relationships with the local app store customers. Leveraging clients marketing, the candidate will ensure the client competitive advantages are delivered to and understood by all mobile operators in the region. The candidate will create deep relationships with the mobile operators, understanding who the decision makers are, nurturing and maintaining a high client profile. They will expand our app store customers reach and secure contracts that leverage the client Platform. Continually gathering market feedback and competitive intelligence, the candidate will be developing a deep understanding of the billing marketplace.

  • Acts as the regional ambassador for the client
  • Develop a close and trusted relationship with the app stores regional counter part
  • Understand the app stores roadmap
  • Engaging operators on the app stores to sell the client proposition
  • Locating the right decision makers within the mobile operator
  • Presenting and selling the benefits and capabilities of the system
  • Explaining the processes for working with the platform
  • Introduce the different app store offerings to them
  • Explaining the benefit of the client Analytics, and why operators and app stores that use these tools yield higher revenues
  • Present the commercial models for each app store
  • Producing quotations for the services and software as required
  • Negotiating and agreeing commercial terms with the MNO
  • Oversee the delivery of a signed agreement with the MNO for the services
  • Liaise with and maintain close contact with the regional representatives of the app stores partners

O candidato

  • Prior experience working as a vendor to mobile network operators
  • Ideally has an extensive established/mature network with the Mobile Operators, up to C level & within the VAS space.
  • Proven selling and sales opportunity management skills
  • Proven sales channel/account management skills
  • Strong analytic capabilities to understand opportunities, objections next steps, deal-closing tactics etc.
  • A target driven view and impatience to get deals over the line
  • Experience of closing business with mobile network operators
  • A high capacity for work and insatiable appetite to win business
  • Experience managing relationships with mobile network operators based on performance and integrity
  • Intense focus on deal closing and ability to ignore distractions
  • Adept at working across cultures and languages
  • Comfortable as a lone worker/home based
  • A high tolerance for international travel
  • Self-motivated and familiar with managing your own time
  • Articulate, and ability to convey information clearly and precisely in writing
  • Persistent - mobile operators can be slow and bureaucratic!
  • Tenacious - get the deal done
  • Confident but humble
  • Flexible and creative thinker
  • Thoughtful but fast to respond
