Descrição do cargo

Consults on all TeamMate software products.

This includes supplying expert evaluation and best practices information to the client and business partner based on examination of the client's audit files, on-site consulting to help the client configure their current methodology and best practices into the TeamMate offering, and pre-populating the client's data into the TeamMate database via data import services to achieve maximum results with the client environment during implementation.

O candidato

  • Extensive, successful experience in building long-term relationships and agreements with major accounts; outgoing professional who possesses good analytical, interpersonal communications and presentation skills (verbal and written); Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

  • Tools and process enabling remote connection to internal systems;
  • Sales management software;
  • Ability to present a positive and effective "professional" business image to internal and external clients;
  • Ability to understand complex product offerings and audit compliance information;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Self-motivated and possess excellent organization, planning, presentation and sales skills;
  • An advance ability to work in a teamwork environment;
  • Certification such as a CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent preferred;
  • Job requires high level of travel (nationally and internationally with occasional overnight stays)
  • Maintain a valid driver's license;
  • Possess and maintain a passport;
  • Understands work priorities;
  • Effectively plans work and travel to fulfill priorities of individual assignments, and to participate in team tasks;
  • Provides activity reporting as defined by management;
  • Shares expertise and experience to help other team members;
  • Works cooperatively and collaboratively with others to accomplish corporate, department and project goals / objectives;
  • Exhibits behavior that demonstrates Wolters Kluwer core values - Fairness, Excellence, Collaboration, Integrity, Success;
  • Studies and remains current on all TeamMate products and service lines;
  • Stays informed of enhancements, regulatory changes, industry trends and other relevant internal audit information/best practices;
  • Understands the impact of this information on the client and relates this information in a manner that they can clearly comprehend;
  • Expands own knowledge base and self-development by participating in and committing to coaching sessions with the Sales Manager;
  • Commits to personal development under the leadership of assigned Sales Manager/Coach
  • Effectively manages voice mail, email, IM, etc;
  • Provides activity reporting as defined by management;
  • Communicates effectively with client, team and management;
  • Engages in weekly communication with manager;
  • Performs other duties as requested by the management team.
