Descrição do cargo

  • Demonstrate the ability to understand and sell IT Services / Solutions;
  • Demonstrate compelling value propositions for our solutions/products with our clients;
  • Engage directly with IT and C-level executives to understand their key challenges and needs;
  • Lead cross discipline teams towards a common vision while operating effectively in a highly matrixed environment;
  • Manage KPI's and lead the sales team to achieve higher results. Capacity to coach and develop the commercial area.

O candidato

  • Customer handling/service skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation & influencing skills and an ability to reach the right person in an organisation
  • Ability to prioritise in the face of demanding time frames
