Your goal as a part of the LATAM Client Development team will be to partner with some of the companie top clients helping them achieve their most relevant strategic priorities by adressing their unique business questions and challenges across all b2c and b2b indutries.

- Highly self-motivated professional with a proven track record managing client relationships and delivering incremental revenue in the b2b arena.
- Exceptional networking and comunication skills to uncover new opportunities and deepen client relationships.
- Exceptional presentation and diplomacy skills.
- Proven experience of selling to multi-national organisations.
- Tenacity, drive, commercial awareness, consultative selling skills and persuasiveness to close deals.
- Target oriented - ability to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Highly organized with ability to manage workload across all clients, balancing proactive commercial activities with reactive client support.
- Knowledge of consumer markets trends and dynamics preferable.
- Business Development/Sales experience in the consulting services space.
- Proven ability to build and executie consultantive commercial and client support strategies (including organizational mapping, planning, account development strategies, custom work targeting, etc).
- Teamwork skills.
- Consultant skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
