- Manage sales and distribution of products through distributor network, in South America, delivering annual sales and profit goals within budgetary guidelines;

- Execute all new product introductions within South America;

- Develop annual sales projections by distributor and product line;

- Develop annual business plan for each distributor, containing volume, distributor and performance objectives as specified in their individual distributor agreements

O candidato

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required. Work experience in Beverage Industry and fluency in Spanish is required. Demonstrated sucess in driving sales within a complex business entity or unit and thorough understanding of the beverage industry and its features and challenges will be evaluate. Frequent travel is needed.
