Our client is a multinational Payment Services Provider with offices in Europe and Latin America.

Descrição do cargo

  • Work along the Head of PR & Communications of the client in Brazil and with the Marketing Director of headquarter to set and execute marketing plan. Coordinate the work across projects both internally and externally.
  • Liaise with Online Sales and Awareness team to deliver online awareness campaigns.
  • Work with the Creative team to set messaging for campaigns and ensure all marketing and sales material is adapted accordingly.
  • Manage project plans, project budgets and ensure on time delivery.
  • Plan and execute events, taking responsibility for budget, setting strategy and supporting all company channels.
  • Responsible for budgeting and planning of all external promotional merchandise that drives brand awareness.
  • Responsible for creative marketing concepts in relation to sales/support films and portals. Works with brand team, local stakeholders for sign off on films.
  • Manage local agency relationships: media, design, advertising.
  • Liaise with sales/product/support teams to ensure marketing material is industry leading and updated
  • Overall responsibility for media planning. Ensuring media mix and audience are on target.
  • Liaise with sales teams to develop world class sales and marketing material.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure on time delivery.

O candidato

  • You have a passion for innovation and marketing space.
  • You possess strong Marketing experience, with track record of converting high level business and marketing strategy into tangible, effective marketing plans across markets.
  • You have experience and knowledge from both advertising and media side.
  • You can prioritise high impact activities and keep complicated projects moving forward, working across functional teams.
  • You are a self-starter and team player with experience with different business strategies.
  • You are highly data literate. Able to interrogate market and customer data and present recommendations.
  • You have the ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short term needs with long term strategic initiatives.
  • You have the flexibility and pro activity required to work in a startup environment.
  • 10+ years of Product and Marketing experience in a Fin-tech Company.
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience working across both online and offline media channels.
  • Outstanding communications skills.
  • Native in Portuguese, with excellent grammatical, written, verbal and visual skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
