  • Participate in needs assessment and provide consultancy role to provide Country specific feedback on key programs and critical capability gaps;
  • Build TD strategic and operational plan for the Country that spans global programs and specific local needs;
  • Lead the overall TD country strategy, execute the road map and provide support to the LA area strategy;
  • Support the talent management process for the area including developing tailor made solutions for accelerated talent pools based on individual needs;
  • Closely work with country HR leader to facilitate area talent pool identification, alignment process, development actions, and track action status;
  • Provides coaching to leaders and supervisors to enhance individual and organizational capabilities.


  • Responsible for planning, organizing, supporting and leading all activities and policies related to the Global Academy of Innovative Development;
  • Drive Development Month country activities to further build learning culture and capabilities in close alignment with Employment Brand guidelines;
  • Develops and facilitates local programs to close development gaps in the organization;
  • Support employee career development by driving adoption of competency, development guides and career tools working closely with supervisors and key Areas;
  • Provide development expertise for identified top priority strategic capabilities. Build up roadmap on critical capabilities in close cooperation with functional leaders;
  • Execution of area/local priorities.


  • Execute country TD Strategy, achieve target set though relationship with internal customers;
  • Partner and consult with local leaders to strengthen High Potential development, supervisory and coaching skills using the global portfolio in alignment with LA area strategies;
  • Partners with internal customers in order to fulfill organizational development needs.

Descrição do cargo

Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related areas.

Relevant working experience in Talent Development area is required.

Must demonstrate skills in areas of: Coaching, Change Management, Team facilitation, continuous improvement, communicating and influencing, courage, sense of urgency, and global thinking.
