Descrição do cargo

1 - Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with corporate objectives, build and maintain effective relationships with the workforce, and partner to support business objectives.

2 - Support and drive organizational change efforts and collaborate to ensure successful change management approaches through effective planning and analysis, communication of initiative, and full leadership support and employee involvement.

3 - Manage all facets of labor relations including contract interpretation, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution. Handle contract administration and labor negotiations strategy and preparation.

4 - Mentor and develop HR staff to ensure ongoing development and HR operational excellence expertise within the function.

5 - Assess training needs and facilitate training programs utilizing both inside and outside resources.

6 - Ensure Human Resources policies and programs comply with government regulations.

7 - Identify and recruit high talents. Provide performance management coaching and support to managers and employees.

O candidato

The ideal professional need to have solid experience as strategic generalist HR Manager, but focusing on labor relations, strong strategic view, Hands-On and fluent in English, international experience is a plus.
