Descrição do cargo

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Service operations management and products technical support in a complex and diverse region, defining and implementing quantitative and qualitative performance measures;
  • Develop and implement services business strategies in partnership with Region Leader;
  • Promote a world class service organisation, meeting client demands in the most cost-effective manner;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to support strategic growth initiatives;
  • Coordinate business within Brazil, managing P&L aspects for assigned countries;
  • Exhibit positive mentoring traits that inspire upward growth and development in employees, creating and sustaining a team-oriented environment.

O candidato

We are looking for a senior professional with proven experience leading business operations within a large, diverse technical services environment. Past field experience in the the Healthcare segment is required. Fluency in English is mandatory and good skill in Spanish is desirable.
