- Field Sales Taskforce Implementation - Field Sales Taskforce is a deep dive diagnostic into Market specific field sales processes leading to the development of an action plan delivering productivity and efficiency by our teams for our portfolio.
- Lead the roll out of Taskforce visits on a bi weekly / monthly basis - Markets to be aligned with Regional Managers on a quarterly basis.
- Develop a "heat map" focusing on areas of Field Sales Development during any one visit.
- In a collaborative Style with RM's & bottlers dive further with market areas of improvement through work with's both internal and with bottler personal.
- With country sales leadership teams develop and follow up on a joint action plan focusing on delivering TDM KBI's
Descrição do cargo
- Support Implementation of selling and coaching material for TDM's & sales network tems- advice and consult markets on market specific implementation plans.
- Track & Ensure controls of content / roll out within markets.
- Work to create and understand document usage within markets. Determine insights and use for development of future roll outs of the S&C (Selling & Coaching) platform.
- Ongoing updates and developments of the material with new growth driver material and selling skill content.
- Create and develop overall engagement and interest in the S&C (Selling & Coaching) program through our field sales community.
Looking for candidate with a Completed graduation degree
Experience with ontrade and people management
Fluent English is mandatory
