Descrição do cargo

  • Acting as a strategic partner and visionary; you will be the key liaison between Ten Group and the account you represent

  • Working on sales Request for Proposal (RFP) processes with prospective and current clients

  • Implementing new product and scheme launches

  • Building strong and trusting relationships at all levels within the account including senior executives

  • Seeing change as an opportunity for continued quality improvement

  • Gaining insight and understanding of the corporate client's wider commercial business objectives, and helping to set the future vision of the account

  • Identifying and executing opportunities for growth and innovation;

  • Managing all day to day inquiries or any issues relating to your account

  • Pulling and creating accurate monthly, daily and ad-hoc reporting on program performance including telephone metrics

  • Using above metrics, through data analysis and overall knowledge of the program to tell a compelling business story

  • Ensuring lifestyle managers and operational colleagues are clear on account requirements and are delivering the highest levels of service and personalization to the members of the Account.

  • Leading marketing programs within your accounts to drive engagement

  • Communicating training requirements to the operational and training and development teams; leading training sessions when required

  • Leading quarterly business reviews, monthly meetings and exec-level presentations for the Corporate Client.
  • Balancing a mix of complex requirements from key internal and external stakeholders

O candidato

  • Knowledge of the High Net Worth segment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Project Management skills required
  • Experience required with SQL, Crystal, Tableau or similar reporting platforms for both pulling and creating reports, analyzing data and identifying program performance and trends;
  • Relevant and specific Account Management experience in a relatable B2B2C company
  • Overall work experience in a related field (Banking, Sales, Marketing, Client Experience)
