Oferta:
Reporting to the head of Leaf division for South America, your
main responsibilities will include to:
- Act as a local in house legal counsel;
- Proactively advise South America business on any legal aspects affecting the operations;
- Draft, revise and/or negotiate contracts and provide legal support to local entities on a broad range of areas;
- Manage the relationships with external lawyers and any other relevant 3rd parties.

Perfil desejado
- Education: University degree in Law (Bar exam);
- Experience: vast background in a major company and/or renown law firm;
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Knowledge & Skills: Good knowledge of Commercial, Civil, Labor laws of Brazil. Management and technical skills;
- Personal characteristics: Proactive/assertive personality with highly developed interpersonal skills; must have excellent ability to effectively communicate complex legal issues to the business, ability to function as a team member and interface with various levels of management.
